Mintly Group and NordHero Oy are joining forces. As part of the transaction, Mintly Group, a Finnish company specialising in cybersecurity and data networks, acquires NordHero Oy, an award-winning AWS cloud consulting company with expertise in cloud, data and AI, as part of its group. The merger creates Finland’s most comprehensive and deeply specialised network, data security, cloud and AI services provider, serving customers through a single partner from data network design to cybersecurity, cloud services and AI solutions.
Two Complementary Experts
Mintly Group is a Finnish specialist in information security and data networks, helping organisations build secure, reliable and future-proof IT environments. NordHero is a Finnish, Jyväskylä-based cloud services company that helps customers build and operate software and data solutions in the cloud. NordHero continues within Mintly Group as an independent subsidiary under its own brand. The company’s offices in Jyväskylä and Helsinki, its services, and its customer teams will continue to operate as normal.

In addition to data networks and cybersecurity, Mintly Group’s expanded service portfolio now also covers top-level cloud expertise, DevOps automation, data platforms and AI solutions in the AWS environment.
Strategic Growth through Acquisitions
The transaction reflects Mintly Group’s strategic commitment to growth through complementary acquisitions. Wesentra Oy, which previously joined the group, strengthened certificate management and data security capabilities, and NordHero joining the group expands the overall offering with strong cloud technology expertise.
